1. If we see over a couple months that you are not sending enough "hits in" or you constantly have a low ratio (at least 1:4), your site will be dropped without notice. We build traffic for "everyone", but if you cannot give traffic back whereas everyone sends you traffic, this is not fair for other webmasters.
2. ABSOLUTELY NO CHILD PORN! If we see or we are informed you have underage models (younger than 18) on your site, you will be removed and also reported.
3. We no longer accept sites that shows or resembles abuse or pain, rape, incest, bdsm, animal, spanking, or anything that we feel is questionable content from this point on.
4. In addition to the above, your site MUST now be In compliance with U.S.C. 2257 and MUST be noted on your website with the Custodian of Records details on your website (please keep in mind that even if you are USC 2257 Compliant, this is not a guarantee you will be approved);
5. We have the right to request a temporary pass to your site if we need to verify it's content;
6. Sites with more than 1 POP-UP , or sites that do nothing but redirect you to more links, sites, and no content, are not permitted;
7. We have the right to suspend, delete, or modify any listings if we feel it is necessary;
8. Free Gallery Sites must have at least 30 pics or 15 video clips;
9. If you are a toplist or link directory, the "Mixed Sites - More Links" category is to be used. TGP sites are no longer accepted;
10. If we suspect cheating on your account by a sudden jump in massive voting counts, voting cheat scripts, or other, you will get one warning. If it continues, your account will be suspended until the next Reset period which is on the last day of every month. If it continues after this, you will be Black Listed. We encourage everyone to be honest because this makes it fair for everyone -- including your site.
